Process

From inquiry to shipment

Six steps, one point of contact: this is how a co-packing project runs at BKM, from the first conversation to ready-to-ship goods.

  1. Step 1

    Inquiry & briefing

Requirements, volumes, products and workflows are discussed. Short decision paths and our own resources allow a fast project start.

  2. Step 2

    Goods inbound

Goods are received and inspected, unloaded by forklift, lifting equipment or our own fleet as needed, including large or palletized deliveries.

Palletized goods are received by electric pallet truck
  3. Step 3

    Storage & sorting

Secure, structured storage with transparent inventory management. Goods are sorted, repacked and stripped of old labeling where needed before moving on.

Sorting of small parts in euro containers
  4. Step 4

    Order picking & packaging

Sets are assembled, labeled, kitted, displays stocked or goods prepared for resale, precisely and consistently.

Product is hand-wrapped in protective film
  5. Step 5

    Shipping preparation & fulfillment

Palletizing, strapping or wrapping, shipping documents: goods leave ready to ship to customers, retailers and delivery points, fast thanks to our own transport.

Shipping carton is cut to size and prepared
  6. Step 6

    Reporting & quality inspection

Transparent feedback, inventory overviews and quality checks during and after fulfillment, with full visibility at all times.
