Professional co-packing runs on a clearly structured process. Knowing the individual steps makes it easier to judge where a partner takes work off your hands and what matters when choosing one.
1. Inbound delivery and receiving
Goods arrive by parcel carrier, freight forwarder or container. With forklifts, lifting technology and our own fleet, they're unloaded, inspected and documented immediately: quantities, condition, irregularities. Fast receiving matters most under time pressure or when goods need to move straight into processing.
2. Storage and inventory management
Organized storage locations and transparent inventory management ensure every item is quickly available, from a single small quantity to a large pallet stock.
3. Sorting and preparation
Before actual processing, goods are sorted, unpacked or repacked, old labeling removed and quality checked. Especially with electronics and industrial parts, this step keeps faulty goods from moving further into the process.
4. Order picking and packaging
The core of the process: assembling sets, labeling, kitting, stocking displays, packing goods for shipping or retail. Trained staff and the right equipment deliver clean, consistent results.
5. Shipping preparation
Palletizing, strapping or wrapping, labeling and all shipping documents, after which the goods are ready to hand over to parcel carriers, freight forwarders or our own onward transport.
6. Delivery
Depending on the project, goods go to end customers, retailers, intermediate warehouses or production partners, including export preparation for European deliveries on request.
7. Reporting and quality control
During and after fulfillment, you receive feedback on stock levels, volume processed and quality checks. This transparency makes processes traceable and future volumes predictable.
